This waterfall is nicknamed Trick Falls because it is actually a set of two waterfalls. When the water is flowing strongly, as it was on the day we visited, one waterfall covers up the other.
I am a photographer currently living in Athens, GA, but I prefer to be found in the woods. Or swimming with sea turtles. My photography centers around National Parks and wilderness areas with a broad range of regions, including the Smokies (the closest park to me), California (Joshua Tree, Death Valley), the West (Zion, Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce), and the Pacific Northwest (Redwoods, Crater Lake, Mount Rainier). I visit 5-20 parks every year and countless other recreational areas.
